The winter solstice is a potent time and the stillness of the sun invites us to be still too. We welcome you to step out of the rush of the festive season and realign with the rhythm of nature.

In the shelter of this dark night, together we will turn inwards to rest in the protective embrace of the sacred sound. In this stillness we will nourish ourselves as we prepare for the return of the light and the festive celebrations to come.

This is a virtual event, carefully created for you to experience from the comfort of your own home. We use a binaural microphone to guarantee the highest quality experience for you. Binaural technology captures the full range of frequencies of the instruments used in the sound bath, enabling us to deliver optimum sound from our studio direct to your home, for the very best virtual sound bath experience.

Over-ear headphones are strongly advised for use to optimise your experience.
